Dear Friends,

When was the last time you received a "fan letter" from a patient? Perhaps because my brother is a dentist and my daughter a consultant to dentists, and I know what to look for, I want to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate your superb dedication and competence.

Excellence, I believe, consists of small, seemingly inconsequential things that leave an impression long after the glow of the moment. I speak of that in my programs. The last time I was there, I marveled that every single person who saw me called me by name! I walked out thinking: "How do they do it? Do they leave Post-It notes to each other all around the office?" Hey…I never did figure it out! But whatever you do, I want you to know IT WORKS!

IN a world that is becoming increasingly more automated and de-personalized, the spirit of what you have in your office matters a great deal. Often, business people become so dedicated to what is time and cost effective, they lose sigh of precious issues along the way. By going to Miami, my brother would have done all my crowns for free. Would I pay you instead just for convenience? No. That is not enough reason. I pay you because you are so good at what you do, I know I am in good hands. Now-if that isn't a great recommendation, I don't know what is.

You pay attention to all the "little" things. And in a profession where you spend your life always dealing with millimeters, I would say all those "little" things are extremely important to the person sitting in the chair. There is something special that you offer in your office.

The world is full of dentists but if I ever needed to look up EXCELLENCE IN DENTISTRY in the dictionary, I would probably find your photo by those words.

Thanks and hugs,
Rosita Perez, President, CLP, Inc.

Dr. Bruck

I've been writing and rewriting this thank you note, trying to come up with the words that will show how appreciative I am, for the work you've done. I know you do this everyday, and my case may not be so different or special to you, but for me, it has changed my life.

I know that sounds a bit drastic, but its true. Several of my friends have told me that their first impression of me was that I was rude, or they thought I didn't like them, or I was just plain unfriendly. I hated hearing this time and time again, and tried to explain that I was a nice person, I just didn't like to smile, but no one really understand where I was coming from - until you.

The crowns you have put in my mouth have put a tiara on my head! I feel like a princess. A proud, happy, smiling princess!

Forever in your debt,
Julia

Dear Dr. Bruck, Tammy, and Staff

I am so thrilled with my teeth; I just want to let you know how much I appreciate being introduced to bleaching. After smoking and drinking tea for many years, I was embarrassed by the yellow stains on my teeth. I must admit I did not smile very often because of the stains.

Everyone on the staff encouraged me to try bleaching and I am so glad I listened. The office is such a pleasure to walk into; everyone smiles, never in a phony way. I t shows there is real teamwork and respect for one another. All on the staff shared their knowledge and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. I never felt pressured to try bleaching.

Now I feel like smiling all the time, not only because my teeth are so white that they sparkle, but also because I feel better about myself for doing something to improve my self image. At first I felt guilty for spending the money, (It seemed a bit expensive) but believe me it is worth every penny.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and from one corner of my smile to the other.

You are all great! Sincerely Yours,
Judy Kip

Dear Dr. Bruck,

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to you and your wonderful staff. A visit to the dentist's office can be anxious at best. However, after three hours in "the chair", I actually left your office smiling. That says a lot for the service offered by you and your staff.

Thank you, and happy Holidays!
